IntroNet was successfully launched in 1994 as an Applicant Tracking
System, initially for use in the recruitment of temporary and
contract staff. The next step was the development of a full online,
web-based solution. The updated service was launched in 1997 and
has been in continual operation since then. IBM was one of our
first clients.
In 2000, IntroNet was enhanced with the necessary functionality
to provide a fully integrated front-end and Applicant Tracking
System. The system became a truly international solution when
it was rolled out successfully across Europe, the Middle East
and Africa.
The expansion into the Asia Pacific region commenced in 2001
and continued into 2002. Today, IntroNet is used in 64 countries
worldwide.
Within each country of operation, IntroNet has been customised
to comply with all language, currency, employment, security, data
protection and cultural differentiators, becoming a genuine global
solution.
From our modest beginnings as a pioneer in this market, IntroNet
has gone on to develop into one of the world’s most successful
eRecruitment providers, serving blue-chip clients from our offices
in Edinburgh, London and Sydney.
